I’ve always been addicted to food science. It was during childhood in Vizag that I really deep dove into science in hopes of becoming a scientist but I gravitated toward food and that changed my life. I made it my passion.

However, I never could get past my love of science. So, I decided to fuse my love of science and passion for cooking to pioneer various concepts and techniques. 

Cooking is my sole interest. I even have a tattoo to vouch for this. If I’m not cooking at work, I’m cooking in my kitchen. 

I developed my craft by taking inspiration from the greats like Marco Pierre White, Raheel Ahmad and many other chefs across this wonderful country. 

My extensive travel to countries like China, USA and Thailand helped me improve and even acquire the knowledge to build on my craft. By experiencing the cooking philosophies of these cultures, I could take my craft and love of cooking much further.
